I ran around a loop yesterday, rather than the 'round the houses' route - and I think I went a bit fruther than usual (I ought to measure it I guess) I ran for 35-40 mins I think which is good for me.
I have to walk a little at the end cos my left calf was tightening up and I felt it was about to pop. Which is a bad thing. It feels OK today though.
3.66 miles - possibly the furthest I've run in a loooong time
