Again I cancelled an exercise class and went for a run instead. I should do weights, I know but I have a huge barrier in place preventing me from just going to the gym. It's called fear. Or laziness
Anyway - it was an ok run. My right calf felt knotty but I think it's ok, and my hamstrings are a bit twitchy. But I'm 60 and I'm more surprised that I still think I can run than the fact it's a bit hurty at times.
